Personal cheques / postal orders
Payments must have cleared prior to orders being dispatched
All items are gift boxed or gift wrapped or bagged (necklaces).
All items are sent first class recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50. (Within UK)
International postage services and fees will be discussed and agreed prior to the pieces being made.
If you are unhappy with your purchase from us we will refund your payment, if returned within 7 days of purchase (in original packaging and unworn) Postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Earrings will not be refunded unless the item is broken, this is due to hygiene reasons.
Recorded delivery must be used to return items, if items are not received by ACJewelleryDesign payment will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be accepted after 7 days from purchase.
Postage costs incurred by purchaser will be refunded if items are returned due to damage.
Jewellery items are not toys, children should never be left unattended due to small pieces possibly causing a choking hazard.
Designs way vary slightly due to the nature of the components used.
We will endeavour to ensure that designs are as near to those pictured, any deviation will be highlighted to the purchaser.
Our policy is to NOT pass on customer details to any other organisation.
